I have some screws running up the back of my foot and on the sides, right where the skin is very thin. I used a combination of these pads in my brace so that there is some extra padding for my foot. Before, I was getting bruises from the screws rubbing on my brace. This is a great assortment for the price.Update - 8-4-2021 When I showed these to my orthopedic surgeon, she asked me to send her the link to the product so she could buy some for her office. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is essential for heels *by D***Y on July 22, 2022* Wearing heels these days are so uncomfortable because my feet keep sliding to the front. I was a MOH in a wedding and decided to buy these to use on a heel I gave up on. I must say it was the best wear I got out of those heels that I start wearing them more often. This is a must have item. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Shoe inserts *by C***Y on May 14, 2025* Most really small. Not sure will work for me. But was cheap enough. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kitwinney Heel Cushion Inserts, Heel Grips for Women, Nonslip Self-Adhesive Silicone Shoe Insoles, Pads, Liners and Protectors for Shoes or High Heels Too Big, Preventing Foot Blister and Pain (Type1) - ONUEMP Heel Cushion Inserts and Metatarsal Pads for Women, 3 Pairs Heel Grips and 3 Pairs Ball of Foot Cushions, Silicone Shoe Pads Insoles for High Heels, Blister Prevention for Too Big Shoes - Dr. Scholl's Ball of Foot Cushions for High Heels (One Size) // Relieve and Prevent Ball of Foot Pain with Discreet Cushions That Absorb Shock and Make High Heels More Comfortable --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/139471499-heel-cushion-inserts-heel-grips-for-women-nonslip-self-adhesive](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/139471499-heel-cushion-inserts-heel-grips-for-women-nonslip-self-adhesive) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
