Dedicated GPU cards expect a 16 lane PCI-express connection, and this board only provides 4 lanes. Work done on the card will be at full speed, but the interface to the CPU and system RAM will be slower which will lead to slower load times of games at a minimum. **Q: Does it come with onboard graphics?** A: it's based on the processor you get. Any/all of the processors for this board have graphics built in the cpu chip. how good the graphics are depends on the model of your cpu. you can always get a graphics card to make the graphics better. **Q: I plan to use Morex T3410 as case. As for an actual wireless card, there is a tiny PCI-E x4 slot on this motherboard that you could put one of those in if you're not using it for something else. There are two SATA ports which is perfect for my application. The PCE slot is only 4x, but I don't need this slot anyway for a small form factor build. It has a complete set of video outputs including VGA, DVI, and HDMI -- as well as analog audio out if not using HDMI. I am able to power this board, processor (AMD 5350), RAM 4GB x2, and HDD using a picoPSU-90. Even this PSU is far more powerful than needed for my build, but I was concerned about the adequacy of the ATX connectors. While the board has both 24-pin and 4-pin ATX connectors, it works well with the 20-pin and 4-pin connectors on my picoPSU. The BIOS is nicely done and allows for overclocking. It works very well for playing movies, amazon instant streaming, and other HTPC duties, which are admittedly pretty light.Comments on the motherboard itself:* The BIOS is slick and responsive. It's one of the best designed and easiest to use BIOSes I have ever seen. Not that that is a huge deal, but kudos on ASUS for that.* I installed windows 7 on this machine and had intended to download all the ASUS drivers from their web site, but windows 7 does not have a driver for the onboard ethernet. So it was a hassle (my box doesn't have an optical drive). Also, the various drivers from ASUS's website were kind of a pain to install once I had downloaded them.Both of these are pretty insignificant. Once you get this all set up, the motherboard just works without issue.
