Review: So Simple!! So Good!! - There’s no instructions for microwaving, but that’s how I prepare it and it’s very simple and fast! Just add the one cup of water put it in a microwave safe bowl go for one minute then stir and do 30 to 40 second intervals two or three more times and it’s done and perfectly cooked and delicious! This is my go to eggs Benedict sauce because I hate adding all that butter and milk to the other types of packaged powder mix. The taste is good although if you make it from scratch or use the ones with butter and milk, you do notice a little bit of a difference of it being better not enough for me to consume all of that butter and the preparation method I use is much better and easier for me
