I have not opened or used this item. You cannot compare to original tan luxe drops as they are two completely different items and textures. One is Oil and other is Serum. **Q: Can you use this on whole body or just face?** A: Made for the face but could use on body but it would be used up very quickly it’s a small bottle. Maybe if you add few drops to body lotion for a subtle glow/gradual tan **Q: How and when do you apply?
