In other words, will it be an issue with the adhesive if someone were to roll the windows up and down?** A: I haven’t tried it , but I think it would get caught up in the window. It is a pouch, and I think the the window would go down ok but get mangled on the way up. **Q: Can this be used vertically?** A: Thanks for your question. It could be used vertically to load from the side, however in time the plastic will loosen a bit from the weather and from inserting and removing cards.
