Bought the word builder version for my four year old who did amazingly! Will notes that it’s hard to make the game competitive if you’re helping your child sound out words but may be good to play with more than two people. Great for phonics and identifying consonants vs vowels, etc. and making it fun! It’s also nice that there’s a beginner side and a more advanced side to the cards.Honestly, we have a different version (?the original version) of Zingo which was gifted to us by a relative who is a former first grade teacher and is now a reading specialist. Our kids (ages 2-4) can all play that and enjoy it. I recommend all of the Zingo games we’ve purchased thus far!
