No lining or anything, but the fabric is fairly sturdy and not see through at all. The dress originally hit my mid calf area but I sewed it up for my own personal preference, which the fabric handled well. The straps are adjustable and this worked nicely.For Reference I am 5'5" and wear a size 16-18. Definitely go by the measurements on the sizing charts and not the "sizes" they mention. I wear a typical US size 12 (waist measurement 31-32) I ordered XL and it fits perfectly. In the description it says "fits US size 16" but also the described waist measurement is 31. Measurements are accurate.I can't wait to wear it this summer! Might even get more patterns.
