I'm sure they will fix this for me.My review so far.My first impression out of the box I wish the plastic screw parts could be better but it works fine. It's a very impressive design and look. To have Fahrenheit would be great but it helps me brush up on metrics anyway. I'm pretty impressed with this over all and think if people had one they would realize how nice it is to monitor the temp. ESPECIALLY if you live in an apartment with poor pluming and cruel neighbors. Lol.My only problem is that it leaks in the crack where you would rotate the temp angle. I did notice inside there is a hex head I believe you can adjust or clean out but I'm not sure and don't want to mess with that until I talk to support.Other than that it is a great idea and nice design.I did order a new shower head also. I can only bend it down so far with this attached but it's far enough and likely the design of the shower head.This is a 5 star item. I will change this to five stars if I am able to get the leak stopped. I think it is a great item for the price.UPDATE: I wish I could find the seller again? They were very kind and sent a replacement right away. Sadly the replacement one broke where the plastic part holds it together with the part that screws into the shower rendering this item unusable. I do have to say I am very disappointed. I really love and want this idea to work. No instructions provided to change units on display. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful idea. *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2019* I give 5 stars for the idea. I lived in Japan for a year, and discovered the joys of Japanese bathing culture. Japanese law states that any sentō (public bathhouse) or ōnsen (natural hot spring) must have at least one communal tub kept at above 40℃ (104℉.) Most sentō provide LED temperature displays for each tub, and often there are additional tubs that go as high as 45℃ (above that, and I think users might begin to sous-vide...) I have eczema. I discovered that inflamed areas respond positively to soaking in 43℃~44℃ water. I've been searching for a while for something that would display the faucet temperature so that I could get into that therapeutic range. My purchase is one of many basically identical devices from a range of distributors at a range of prices. Straight out of the box, they provide an indication of the temperature of the water, and allow me to adjust to the theraputic range - for a while... The mechanism of all of them is delicate. My bath/shower has a diverter valve, and I use it to divert the water to a showerhead with an attached "Showerpik" water'flosser. When I switch to the showerpik, of course, the temperature display stops, as no water is running through it. When I switch back to the temperature display, it's hit with full-force water pressure all at once, which it's not designed to handle. The plastic bearings inside the generator unit - rather than running smoothly - will start a death-wobble accompanied by an eerie 'eeeeeeeeeee' sound, and the display doesn't work. I have to stop the water, and slowly, carefully, turn the water back on slowly. This behavior gets worse, until I can no longer 'baby' the unit to get the little generator to spin true, no matter how carefully I try to regulate the water pressure on start-up. I'm currently looking for a reasonably-priced electronic water thermometer that runs on some sort of external power - battery or low-voltage wall-wart - that doesn't suffer from bearing-spinning leading to failure. I'm also considering hacking one of these units (they are cheap) to remove the troublesome generator and replace it with a replaceable battery and switch, keeping the thermocouple and the display electronics.
