I didn't need much, and I couldn't taste it at all. I got nice, bright colours, and the red and yellow blended together nicely for a great orange. Review: Good quality, good colour - Good colour, high quality, don't need a lot but can use different amounts to change the colour also. I've not been able to taste it in the buttercream. Little goes a long way so would last quite a while so good quantity. It mixes really well, never had an issue mixing by hand or with a mixer. ## Features - Transform Cakes With Food Colouring Gels - Turn plain cakes into bright, eye-catching creations with Colour Splash Food Colouring Gels.
