It says give it 6 weeks. It worked for me in the 2nd week. I have suffered with Hot flashes every day for 2 years now. 8-12 during the day and 12 at night. I refuse to take hormones. I tried Black Cohosh, that didn't do anything. This is an amazing product, I have no hot flashes during the day and at night time I only get 1 or 2 now but the severity is so much better. My night time falshes were a 10 out 10, now they are a 2 out 10. ### ⭐ Beware of these ingredients! *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 26, 2019* After I started using this product, my blood platelet count began to drop, and I wasn't sleeping well. It took me a few months to make the connection, and then I researched the individual ingredients in this supplement. Lowered blood platelet count was a possible side effect in a few of them! Plus, one of the ingredients contained a form of ephidrine which can definitely disrupt sleep! As soon as I stopped taking this, my sleep improved. I just got my blood platelet count rechecked, and it has returned to normal. I love herbal remedies, and have benefited greatly from them, but I'll be sure to research them in the future. ### ⭐ Caused disconcerting symptoms *by M***3 on Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2019* I took a total of five of this supplement. Two in the evening of the first day, two the next morning and one that evening. I had cut back that evening because I had had a strange headache, and wondered if it was the culprit. The day I cut back I had a white discharge that was different than anything I have experienced. I looked up the product and found a sight that had a long list of symptoms that could occur. Headaches and white or brown discharge were two of the symptoms. On the third day, after I had stopped taking the supplement my urine flow slowed down dramatically, even though I was taking D-Mannose. That evening, after using a BoricVag plus my urine flow became normal again. I was hoping to deal with some menopausal symptoms without black cohosh, but I will definitely not be taking this!
