Important to know, this does not come with batteries. That really wasn't a problem since I had batteries, but what I didn't have was a watch screw driver... In order to remove the battery casing, you need it. Poor design. When I finally got it installed, the walkie talkies worked. Overall sound quality, okay. The voice changing, okay.
