I bought the brown to pink, but it's more like pink to purple. The only time it looked brown was under the uv light. Changes color very easily, depending on if it's hot or cold. I used 2 coats. Hot/warm is pink, cold is purple. When it's room temperature, they look like a French manicure. Definitely recommend. So when you begin and you open the polish up it comes very dark. Which is what the color is like when it is warm. These are heat activated nail polishes.So it comes in a purple or a light pink depending on the heat. When you first paint on your nails will be very dark and for me it took multiple times under the UV light in 90 seconds for me to get a good solid dry. It's amazing how quickly these change colors. Instantly when I wash my hands they became the dark color again and as I dried my hands in my hands we're in the warm water anymore they turned back into the pretty light color.
