After looking the room they said AC cannot be installed in the room(master bedroom),there was risk in installation as it is 6th floor(no safety harness). they insist me to put the AC in guest room(near to balcony) and also said use the master bedroom as guest room WTF....... When I insist to install AC in master bedroom they said they cannot and left. Good thing was they did waste my money to install.
