It provides the seals for the valve stems that are commonly available on Honda trail bike, at a much better price than buying the seals from the dealership. Includes one regular valve cap and one with the part that allows for valve stem removal.The aluminum washers with contours allow for "proper" installation of the bead (rim) lock device. The flange nuts for the bead lock are of the self locking type - they use what is commonly referred to as a "Fuji-Lock" style self locking nut.
