I went with unflavored so I can make it taste however I want. Pros: Ingredients. You do not need a bunch of worthless ingredients. This one has 3. Perfect. Amino Acids - it has all of the essential amino Acids, making it complete. Perfect. Taste: I use oat milk, banana, and strawberries. It's perfect for me to put down. Texture: I blend it using 12oz oat milk. It's has zero chalky or grainy feel. It's basically a strawberry/banana milkshake. Does it work? I gained 12 lbs pretty quickly, combined with lifting and eating other healthy meals. Cons: Serving size: 7 scoops is so much. I use 3 scoops and it still turns into 24oz, which can be a chore to drink quickly, depending on thickness. Buy this if you need to gain weight and lift.
