Review: A Big screen that lives up to the Big! - I picked up this screen to really fill out my movie viewing, and it fit's the bill! The screen has a straight white matte surface and does not suffer from significant curling or warpage. This unit is quite large, the case is ~108 inches long, and while it is not too heavy, it is unwieldy. Unlike some of the smaller models (100" diagonal and below) this unit does not have a pneumatic scissors support system. I have a smaller 4:3 Da-lite Insta-theater and that model is much easier to put up and bring down. It is also easier to move around, store, and transport. This new 120" screen is not nearly as portable, however, the support rod system and stabilizing adjustable feet work well. Lifting the screen manually is quite the effort. I have the support rod adjusted to it's lowest level, and I can just get the screen into place. I'm only 5'7" tall, so if you are taller this might be easier for you. Vice-versa if you are shorter. Over all I am quite satisfied with this product and would recommend it. Pay close attention to the measurements and how big a space you have. Review: We love it, but beware of broken parts. - I brought this screen for my husband for a Christmas present. First of all, make sure you get the measurements correct that you need. You will need to know the case size so that it will fit in the space you will be showing the screen. This was one of the mistakes we made, we did not consider the case size, just the screen size. We love the screen, the one BIG problem we had was when the item was shipped to us it was not packed well to protect the brackets from being broken. I had to order th is screen 3 times and all 3 times they were broken in the same space. desertcart.com had to recall the item, stop selling it until they did a investigation on why this item is being delivered broken every time it's shipped. So after 4 days they put the item back in stocked to be purchased, but they never contacted me to let me know the results of their research. This is the only problem you may encounter, the packing of the items does not secure the brackets. Other than that, if you can get it home in one piece, the screen is AWESOME. We had friends over for the superbowl and they loved it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value for money *by N***5 on May 1, 2013* Surprising easy to setup and move around consider the size - screen material is bright and flat. This is a 120inch screen - I can move it and set it up on my own. The lifting up of the support rod does require some effort but that's just about OK . The only improvements I would suggest Elite consider for the future is having two legs (like in the picture) - mine only has one leg in the middle - and two balancing screws on either side. The other improvement would be to improve the spring which rolls up the screen when shutting down screen, the last few inches sometimes need some help to push back into the case. Great for the price and functionality. Addition to review: If the elite folks are watching - it would be great if you could reduce the flexing between the upright support and the balancing leg. It can be tricky to get the screen perfectly straight due to the flex. Still a great product and I still recommend.
