The arms are nice because you can flip them up or down. The customer service is amazing as I was having problems with the seat, I contacted them and they sent me a whole new chair! I have had this chair for 5 months now and it is still like brand new! I thought I needed one of those 24 hour chairs because I'm literally on the computer all the time. But this chair has held up good for me! I bought the protection plan and dont think I am even going to need it. This was a very good purchase and I do recommend this chair! ### ⭐ Not What it Seems *by H***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 30, 2020* I have to add, this chair is potentially dangerous. After a few months use, the back gives way if I lean back at all, and without bracing will go almost all the way back. It is structurally weak. The manufacturer has provided lousy materials.The back is not full height. I'm 5'9" and it just reaches the base of my neck, and the seat is a bit narrower than most and its highest position from the floor seems lower than normal by about half an inch. The chair is suitable for smaller people. The foam is of poor quality, and after about a month of daily use for several hours, it has no support.The screw holes, as usual, are poorly placed and threaded. It took me half an hour to get one screw in. Of course, it comes with the same old horrible foley wrenches, when what is needed is a strong screwdriver.Why do all desk chairs still come from the exact same crappy factory in China? It already feels a bit unstable on the gas cylinder, which means it probably won't last anywhere near three years. It does already rock from side to side a bit, which is why I had to get rid of my last chair. It will suit some people, such as women who weigh unde 150 pounds. The seller has given me a full refund, so five stars on customer service! That's much better than their competitors, I'm sure, and they were quick about it. I suspect they are a reseller who has never seen or inspected the product and took the description from the manufacturer, as it is not accurate. Amazon should crack down on this sort of practice.
