It is very good quality material and seems to be well made - very strong. It is aesthetically pleasing, and looks much more expensive than it is. The zips seem strong and are smooth. Inside the laptop compartment, the material is super soft and very padded. The other compartment opens and lies flat, another great feature. The left side has elasticated loops for keeping things secure, eg. Charging wires, mobile phone, calculator, etc and a zipped compartment, the right has an open pouch, which would house A4 paper or smaller. Another great feature is the carry handle on the back. It fits my Asus C433 perfectly, which has a 14" screen in a 13" chassis (well, actually it measures less than 13" in width). I used the measurements provided, but I'm pleased I ordered the bigger of the two sizes though as it wouldn't have fit into the smaller one (even though I thought the bigger ones was going to be more generous in size, it's not), however, you would think it had been 'made to measure' for my device. I haven't rated the 'water resistance ' as I haven't tested it for that.
