## Overview

The Perfect Point RC-179 Series Throwing Knife Set includes three 8-inch knives crafted from corrosion-resistant 3CR13 stainless steel. Featuring full tang construction and a distinctive spider design, these well-balanced knives deliver precision and durability. The set comes with a black nylon sheath for safe storage and transport, making it perfect for both beginners and seasoned throwing sport enthusiasts.

## Description

Model RC-179-3 is a set of three Perfect Point throwing knives, each cut from one piece of 3Cr13 stainless in a satin finish. The blade runs 4.00 inches to a drop point, the skeletonised handle runs another 4.00 inches with three cutouts and a lanyard hole at the butt, and the whole knife measures 8.00 inches. A red and black spider with a red hourglass marking is printed on each handle, and a black nylon belt sheath holds all three together.

## Features

- THREE MATCHED THROWERS IN THE BOX - The set is three identical knives, so a throwing line can be worked without walking down to the target after every throw.
- FOUR INCH BLADE ON AN EIGHT INCH KNIFE - 4.00" inch blade, 4.00" inch handle, 8.00" inches overall, so the weight sits near the middle rather than at one end.
- ONE PIECE SKELETON BUILD - Each knife is cut from a single piece of 3Cr13 stainless in a satin finish, with no scales or pins to work loose on impact.
- SPIDER GRAPHIC ON EVERY HANDLE - A red and black spider with a red hourglass marking is printed on the handle of all three, which also makes the set easy to pick out of a pile.
- NYLON SHEATH CARRIES ALL THREE - A black nylon sheath with a belt loop and a snap strap holds the whole set together, so nothing travels loose in a bag.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: is the black a coat of paint?**
A: I would assume so, I purchased the silver ones and the black spider decal was rubbed off within an hour of use. No big deal to us though, they are still nice, heavy knives. Great for the price!

**Q: how durable are these**
A: For what you're paying and getting, they're pretty durable. Keep in mind that these are NOT made for combat or professional knife throwing. They are ONLY good for getting your form and distance down. Also, while they can be thrown by the "No-Spin" method, I would personally recommend that you stick with the "Spin" throw with these. You can expect the tips to get bent or broken off. That's OK, just file, or hammer them back into shape and they're ready for more action. I have bent/broken a couple of tips off of mine and they work just fine after a little elbow grease. I hope this helps!

**Q: Are they airplane legal?**
A: No

**Q: how long is the blade length**
A: 14 inches
