The quality is excellent and the fit is perfect. The keyboard does pair up with the iPad pretty quick, but you do have to go through the pairing process each time you use the keyboard. My only real disappointment with this product is the keyboard itself. The keys are completely flat (no indentations) and closely spaced. This results in a lot of "double hits" when using the keyboard, especially if you have large hands, which I do.
