There is something really off about this new model. The straps are hard, tight, and sit really low on the foot. My tan line from my old Reef's is about an 3/4 of inch higher. The soles are really hard as well. These just aren't the typical comfortable Reefs I'm use too. The first time I wore them I did notice that a strap on one shoe started feeling like it was digging in but I had been walking for at least 2 miles in them up and down a boardwalk. I think I stretched them out a bit though as I haven’t experienced that again. They’re super comfortable and unlike heels I can stand in these for hours. I love the gold color too.
