Avoid. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thought I would like it and I do. *by V***K on July 4, 2014* Assembled quite well. The hardware bag had split open but all the small parts and pieces were still there. I have just started using it but find that it will hold all my hose. The crank is quite comfortable when reeling in the hose and makes it easy. The solid drum was a good selling feature since the first coils of hose did not kink or flatten out over the open bars offered by other products. Had to call customer service for a leaking o-ring and they couldn't have been more help. Are sending out a replacement part right away. Update a few months later: The reviewer on another site was right about the tubeless tires. One of mine has a leak and won't hold air. I will call customer service and I expect they will send out a new tire since I am within warranty.
