Had good communication from the seller extreme fast delivery. Really good value for money had the opportunity to test it for a couple of weeks and can't get a full 50 km on pedal assist 5. I got the extra battery so I could easily do another 50 kilometres on pedal assist 5 it is a lot lighter than some other ebikes on the market but extremely good value for money the seller offers great communication any problems they always reply within 24 hours I had a few questions I need it resolved they were very attentive . This bag looks completely smart invisible tape battery. Extremely easy to operate also good for towing a child trailer. Make short work of extremely big Hills my advice to anybody buying this back make sure you buy the best lock you can buy on the market.
