I usually use it once during veg and once just before flowers appear. Without any treatment the mildew takes control. I have tried many 5hings but this seems to really do best at keeping it at bay. I also use 2 other monterey products. Insect spray and monterey b.t. that's all I use and only if necessary for the other 2. Have been doing this a long time now and as far as a product working well and being safe this is it. It chokes out the mildew spores and kills them. And you don't need to call poison control if it gets on your skin.
