Then I held them under. A reading lamp and saw small blotched areas in the tint. The reading bifocal is located very low which is fine because I don;t intend to do much reading with them, so I appreciate the unobstructed field of vision.I don't like them as dark as they are. They are OK on very bright days but too dark for me in cloudy bright days. Also dark sunglasses make it harder to read signs in the distance if one needs some mild distance correction as I do.
