Buy it now if you care about clean internal engine components. You are supposed to use moa afterwards but i gavent done that yet. Remember to use the right amount. Our engine requires 8 quarts of oil so i use 2 cans of epr per flush. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Fixed My 2010 Toyota Sequoia Timing Tensioner! *by E***H on April 6, 2025* 2010 Toyota Sequoia 5.7. 276,000 miles. I had the timing chain tensioner noise on the drivers side. It isn't detrimental to the engine, but it is annoying. I used two cans of this magic elixer idling for 5 minutes and then keeping it it 1200-1400 RPM for 20 minutes. The tensioner being hydrolicaly controlled probably had a touch of varnish or a slight clog. This is common even with religious oil changed as I have done. I also switched to Synthetic Penzoil 0-20 instead of Valvoline Max Life 0-20 for the oil change after using it. No more noise! You can lower the window and have a conversation now beside another car both running! I didn't have to replace the timing chain tensioner!
