Hard to keep in place though. *by V***N on 24 February 2022* I have no arches whatsoever, so proper arch support is vital to my ability to walk around and stand on my feet. I bought these to tide me over to an appointment with a bespoke orthotics service, and I'm actually really impressed. The glue on these is not great. They do not stay in place whatsoever, and I ended up supergluing one to each of my current insoles (which have gone all but flat after 3 years of daily use), but since doing that they've been very helpful. They provide just enough support to my arches to not be in horrid pain all day, but instead only part of the day!
