Heat causes the thinner parts of the case to expand, (like around the sleep button and volume buttons) and makes the case look bad. I swapped it out through their customer service and the second case did the exact same thing. Let me say first that I am extremely anal with my phones! Try to keep them in "like new" condition to resell on ebay. Very careful handling my phones. If i keep it in my pocket its in a sleeve,but is usually is kept in a belt case!I was really impressed at first when snapping on case. fit perfect, felt like iphone was naked with that case. Within a few days i noticed misshaped cutout around volume buttons, like it was bent metal. I took case off and could not re-shape it because its plastic. Very disappointed in the quality of this case. When removing case the head phone jack cut out snapped(again i'm extremely careful). So now the side protrudes out and bottom has a crack. So it drives me nuts when looking at it. I wouldn't usually complain from case purchases online and if it was a $5 case,but all the cases I purchased through the years that were $10-30 were good quality with no complaints. I know its a thin case and probably wouldn't be reviewing this online if it was just the cracked part.So buyer beware! This is a $5 quality case.
