I have lots to juggle, baby, snacks, stroller and needed a solution for my phone and wallet to be completely hands free and not something worn from my body (like a backpack or tote or handbag) which would interfere with carrying, feeding, comforting, nursing, playing with a small child.The front zippered pouch holds my phone, very easy access, I don't have to worry about my phone falling out of my pockets or getting sat on. I can do this one handed.Larger zippered pouch holds my wallet, keys, lip balm.I may be able to fit sunglasses, but don't want to crowd the contents. This does not bother me, I keep them in my stroller.I have used the DaKine Hip Pack both living in suburbs and driving a car everywhere and also living in NYC where I walk everywhere with a stroller.Highly functional.
