The belt portion is stretchable so very easy to fit properly. My LG6 phone fits in the main pocket easily. On each side is a small pocket. One has a key latch so your key is secure. You could easily put some cash, a credit card and driver’s license in the pocket with your phone. The second small pocket could hold cash but a bit small for a credit card, etc. Although I haven’t used it, the pocket has a place to feed your ear phone through. The construction is well done and and high quality. The clip mechanism is easy and secure unlike some cheaper versions. I am a walker not a runner but I feel this would work fine if you are looking for a waist pack. I sometimes use it to hold these few items I need on a trip to the grocery store.
