This is considered a small power bank by the TSA, and is perfectly okay in carry-on luggage but are prohibited in checked bags. Anything under 100 watt-hours is considered a small power bank and is allowed on all aircraft. Larger power banks, between 100 and 170 w/h require special permission from the airline but are completely legal with that permission. Larger than that is always illegal. **Q: what is the input voltage if you plug into a power outlet? 110 and 220v?** A: Depends on the wall charger you use. So long as the wall charger you hook it up to has dual voltage 100v/210v you can charge without damage when traveling. **Q: how much charge?** A: 10,000 mAh, which for most phones is roughly 3-4 full charges **Q: My charger stops charging after 2 dots. The lights stop flashing. When I disconnect it and turn it on, it only shows 2 dots. Anyone have this prob?** A: It could be a "contact problem." Those micro-USB connectors do not always "lodge" into the tiny receptacle on the charger as deeply and securely as needed to get a fullly charged power bank. Hold the micro connector firmly in place for a minute or two. Are you seeing each of the four dots flashing in a down-to-up pattern? If so, the charger is capable of being fully charged, and in all likelihood the micro-connector is not maintaining contact while you're away from it. Try some other cables with that micro-connector on one end. One may have a better (i.e. more snug) fit. -- On the other hand, If you don't see all 4 dots flash--one by one in that down-to-up pattern--at the start of charging, then the problem is likely with the charger itself. Return or exchange the charger for a new one (Amazon or the manufacturer should take care of you.) It is smaller than my hand and can fit nicely inside my purse! I have a Samsung Note 5 that I am on 24/7. I love fast charging and more than likely carry my charger with me everywhere I go, too, but sometimes I can't always find an outlet. Bring in this handy power-bank!Yes, I can do fast charging (it will say "connected to cable charger" but it charges rapidly)! Make sure you plug your cord into the single lightning bolt port and not the double lightning bolt port--the single one works faster than the double one.It takes about 3 hours or so for the bank to go from zero to 100% and this sucker holds a charge for forever! The capacitor in this thing is amazing! I love that I can charge it up, leave it sitting around for a week and a half, and plug my phone in and get at least one full charge out of it! I can typically get 1.5-2 full phone charges out of it on a single charge, which isn't too bad considering my phone uses a lot of energy. When you're charging (either the bank or your phone) it automatically shuts off once you've reached 100% so that way it doesn't waste any energy. When charging your bank, there are four dot-lights that indicate what percentage the charger is at...when the bank is being charged, it blinks. When you're using the bank to charge something, it indicates how much percentage is left in the battery. I'd say the percentage indicator isn't completely accurate, but it's also not grossly underestimated! I know that if I have my bank at 2 dots (which is anywhere from 26%-50%) I know that I can get at least 30% charge into my phone, which should last me until I can use my actual phone charger.For $10, you'd be so silly to not purchase this! As a small business owner and a father of 2, my smartphone gets very heavy use throughout the day. It is very easy to use, and simply plugs into an open usb port on your computer to charge. When the power bank is fully charged, I can charge my Samsung Galaxy S5 3 times.There are 2 ports to charge USB devices. The first port is a 2 amp draw, which is what I use for my smartphone. The other port is only a 1 amp draw, but is still useful if you need to charge a tablet, or other device with a usb charging cord. You can charge two devices at the same time, which comes in handy when my daughter's tablet needs charged while we are in the car.You can see how much power is remaining in the power bank by pressing the white button on the front. It will light up some blue led lights to show you the status of the device (4 lights is a full charge). If you hold the button down for a few seconds, it will activate the built in led flashlight. The led bulb is not extremely bright, but it will help you find your keys if you drop them on the ground.This product is about the same height as my smartphone, but it weighs about twice as much as my phone does. The weight is to be expected though, since by design power banks are nothing more than a very large rechargeable battery. If I am on the go, I usually will plug my phone into this power bank, and lay them both on the passenger front seat. When my family goes to a theme park, we just throw it in one of the diaper bags or backpacks.
