They do eventually trash them, as with any dog toy but I’m fine with that as these are a reasonable cost.I ordered these before I went into hospital to have my son. I was there a week and when I got out, I realised that they had sent the XS instead of the small. I didn’t get round to contacting the company straight away so just filled out the returns box stating that I’d been sent the wrong ones and I was happy to return them - I wouldn’t have minded but my dogs would have choked on them!Before I knew it, it came up saying the new ones would be sent and I didn’t have to return the others. They arrived a day later - very good customer service, super happy!
