A: Yes. It comes with a Presta valve extender.

**Q: I'm tired of buying canned air for dust maintenance for computer, sewing machine, etc.   Can I use this item for that type of job?**
A: It will blow the dust out of those items, but you have to run it on a 12V inverter and you may not the pure air that you get from the canned compressed air.   I wouldn’t use it for that purpose.
