My china arrived in good condition except for the handle on one of the cups was broken. I simply went to my account at Amazon and filled in the form explaining the problem, and packed up the box and put it on my front stoop. UPS picked it up the next day, and a new set arrived within three days. The china is gorgeous, and I love the gold on the edges.
