The foam of the pillow has a nice density to it, and the cover is soft to the touch. The cover has a very discreet zipper so you can remove and wash it. The foam has a very strong chemical smell, which is currently preventing me from using it. I don't see instructions about whether the foam itself can be washed. There are two sets of earplugs in a small plastic case, and a darkening eye mask that has a strap that's stretchy and connects with velcro in the back, so it's slightly adjustable. The part of the mask that goes over your face is slightly molded to fit over your nose to be more fitted. If not for the odor, I'd be very pleased.
