Wow! The flavor is absolutely addicting!!!! This is the real thing and is a true paste. You can buy other brands in jars but most of the time those are runny. It has some heat to it but not enough to make it uncomfortable!!! It comes sealed in a large plastic bag which after opening must be refrigerated. Throw away package it is shipped in as soon as you get it.
