A: Actually Flower is was not ‐‐ the question is open without enough information. Up until 2 yrs ago my now 15y.o. nephew was just starting to switch over to adult men's small sizes now he's pushing 6'4" 34" length inseam 30" waist & men's tall medium shirts & large hoodies (he's like like me & likes his hoodies oversized). So without knowing the size of the child there no real way to answer the question other than the way Michael answered it
