I’m a solid size 16, with abt 42D chest, and I ordered the XXL.No built in bra cups but lighter foam. I get the perfect amount of support when it’s on due to the straps crossing in back.It hugs the upper body snugly, (two layers of material), so even though my bumps and rolls kinda show, I will be able to swim without it floating up overhead. Lol (I don’t know how the bottoms work since I don’t care about them and will be using a short swim skirt with the top.) It was an excellent choice for me, at a great price!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great suit! I am 5' 6" and weight 166 lbs. I carry my weight on the front and abdomen especially. I am a 38 to 40 DD. My style suit does not cross in the back which would have made this suit a 10 beyond 5 but still a 5 because I am surprised how much support I have with my DDs. No underwire, just fabric. Very comfy. How comfy? I am still sitting in my suit while I finish out my "working from home" day. :)The bottoms also fit perfect for me. My waist is about 43 to 44 inches. I am about 15 lbs overweight (esp with all the weight in my abdomen) but I'll get there eventually.I do not feel self conscious in this suite at all. I love the front's "wrinkled" or "layered" look..helps hide this tummy of mine.My suit does NOT cross in the back though another buyer in here had the same front but her suit crossed in teh back which would be optimal esp with larger breasts but, once again, I am 100% amazed how supported I feel in this suit. Once I tightened the straps...I am not jiggling all over the place. AND my shoulders do not hurt from supporting my breasts which is common for me. The underside of the cups is doing its job. I also do not have any discomfort in the breast area (not getting poked, pinched, rubbed, etc).I love the color and am actually glad that they black suit was not available and I went with this solid color.I ordered an XL and am very happy with that size.
