With proper tuning, I'd rather like to recomend using her bank for a harmony part because of her previously mentioned flaws. If you already own a strong English Vocaloid bank, by all means, purchasing MEIKO V3 is a good investment.However,If you are looking for a lead English vocalist, I recommend purchasing Megurine Luka V4X for a softer female vocal, KAITO V3 as a lead male, and Megpoid V3 for a stronger female lead. Despite these Vocaloids' voice providers being native to Japan, they have a much better pronunciation and can hold their own.If you are looking for a completely comprehensible English Vocaloid with little to no pronunciation issues, your best bet is to purchase a Vocaloid with a native English voice provider (whether from England, America, etc.). There are two English companies who produce English Vocaloids, Zero-G and PowerFX, and also with YAMAHA's release of Cyber Diva, their are many options to purchase English Vocaloids in a variety of vocal types and voice ranges. Prior to this Japanese phonetics had to be tweaked a lot to produce something approximating English and the only Japanese Vocaloid that had English Capabilities was Luka. There are of course Vocaloids by English based companies. But Meiko now Joins them as a real choice for English Electronic song producers. Though the timing of the release of V3 Meiko is somewhat ill chosen given that V4 and EVEC are soon to be released. Her English voice bank is especially well done, seeing how it's not her first language. Honestly, it's probably just as good as any of the other English Vocaloids out there, and certainly better than Miku, Kaito, or Luka. Although her English is good, my favorite voice is Meiko Power, because it has the best vocal range and is suitable for almost any song. Her other voice banks - Dark, Whisper, & Straight are very good too.
