These have been very good, I use them every day at the gym **Q: Could I also charge my phone with the charging case?** A: We suggest you'd better not do that, it might be harmful for the battery life of the earbuds. **Q: How do these compare to the T1X?** A: I like these better FIIL good sound and easy use. The others in less then 30days i had to return due to defect in one of the earbuds **Q: How do you pause and use control volume?** A: single tap on right ear is supposed to pause. I found a slight hold with tap would pause as a quick tap would advance the track. 1 advice I can give is to try the different ear piece rings untill you find the correct combo. What I found was leaving the original fins on with a small cup in right and medium in left. If the cup is to large it will collapse before it gets to the sitting position in ear and reduce or plug the sound or not go far enough and sound like a tin can.
