The masks are meant for an adults face. There is NO padding on the forehead and the padding provided for the nose bridge is less than adequate. Kids refuse to wear them. For $20 I expected better quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hard plastic face contacts instead of rubber, like the official ones. *by K***. on Reviewed in the United States on May 19, 2020* Love the fact that the kids can use these to protect themselves while playing in Nerf battles, but I wish they were more comfortable. Every time my son takes his mask off his face is sore and red because the goggle outline around the face of the mask is hard plastic. My Nerf Rival mask looks the same in pictures, but the goggle outline is rubber in the official Rival masks. These come packaged with a really awkward nose pad and two relatively useless paper thin cheek, uh... pads(???) that you are supposed to apply yourself... over a screw-hole... on something that gets saturated with sweat after the first use. Not the best design, and even as an afterthought it doesn't feel great when "padded. My kids thought they looked cool but wouldn’t wear them because they hurt their faces. They are made of very hard plastic.
