If you would like to cut your light, please sell the contact the seller who sell the light firstly. **Q: Do the pins on the Power supply connector have a horizontal or vertical or orientation** A: It depends whether you hang the neon facing forward or downward the actual tube that lights up is hollow but that is what makes it look like a solid light if it is facing forward the pins would be vertical if its facing downward the pins would be horizontal. It's a shame that there were not assembly instructions and tips on how to conform the Velcro fabric (very thick and heavy) properly to the frame.
