I use these instead of any other product. Don't accidentally tinkle even a tiny bit. They are are not made for pee. When they leak which takes a lot of blood or...a tiny bit of pee They leak under the thigh. Less obvious and embarrassing tbh. They take the place of a pad or tampon and have to be changed less.
