I assumed this was a 24 pack, very disappointed with Amazon’s price. Tastes pretty good, I didn’t want it for taste, though. Excited to see how the Lion’s Mane helps with memory. ### ⭐ PANAX GINSENG *NOT* LABELED ON THEIR SITE. I'M NOW PERMANENTLY DISABLED!! *by K***T on Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2021* I primarily viewed the ingredients for this product on the official website, and NOWHERE does it say that panax ginseng is part of the ingredients. Even a skeptic's site didn't say anything of it. They also don't show the ingredients on the can on some/all of Amazon's different listings. But as soon as you physically receive this product, and read the ingredients, it's right there on the can. (Also, the can doesn't list many ingredients that are stated on the website.)It's still technically "my fault" for drinking this, because I got the product, and immediately saw Panax Ginseng as the first ingredient inside their "Nootropic Blend" some way down their ingredients list. It says "Nootropic Blend (Panax Ginseng, ...)"—which means that Panax Ginseng is the primary ingredient in their most major ingredient category. But I drank some of the can, regardless. I had quit energy drinks because of Panax Ginseng + Caffeine combination. But at the time of receiving these cans, I was feeling better, and I suffer from attention disorder, so I was really craving to feel normal again, even though I knew/know the best way to do that is to go to a doctor to receive proper medication.IF I KNEW IT HAD PANAX GINSENG IN IT, I WOULD HAVE NOT BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT!!!!I gradually noticed my right side under my rib gradually deteriorating, but had been so hyped up because of this drink's marketing and reports of feeling good, and noticed many benefits myself, that I continued to drink these, regardless."Unrelated": I had been experiencing digestive problems more majorly starting 3 years prior, and I'd been treating myself with some success. But I started noticing my colon underneath my liver getting a very burn-like feeling whenever I'd overindulge myself on food/snacks to properly receive nutrition that I was lacking (usually later in the day). I also noticed whenever I stretched that right-side, under-rib spot (flank?) that I mentioned before started getting worse by drinking Koios, I would experience massive relief in that burning spot.I coincidentally got a CT Scan done, since both flanks had had issues over recent years. They said my appendix was inflamed and needed to go to the ER for further evaluation and possible removal. Not believing it since I didn't feel anything there, I waited several days, though right away I slowly noticed issues around that spot. After going to the ER days later, it turns out I have Crohn's, not appendicitis, so I have been experiencing the worst weeks health-wise of my life trying to reduce the inflammation from a Crohn's flare and receive proper nutrition simultaneously.Crohn's disease is not something that was brought about by Koios, but it has greatly made me suffer in terms of quality of life alongside it. Currently the only pain I feel while feeling pretty good on this random day, is the pain that was brought about my Koios. As long as I don't overindulge, I don't get the burning pain in my colon under my liver, but that right flank pain from Koios is always there, unless I take even a tiny amount of prednisone, which I've otherwise stopped taking for various other reasons.I basically feel like suing this company. And if I can ever find the means necessary to do so, I would do it in a heartbeat. Panax Ginseng is SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE SHOULD NOT TAKE LIGHTLY WHEN IN COMBINATION WITH CAFFEINE! Even 60mg of caffeine. Panax Ginseng + Caffeine is the primary combination of ingredients in "Energy Drinks" that makes people feel extremely energized, hence categorizing them as energy drinks in the first place. And who knows what else it interacts with in this Koios flurry of other ingredients.Panax Ginseng is in a class of drugs called Eugeroics and promotes wakefulness, utterly different from caffeine, which takes away tiredness. It's a very mild one, with American Ginseng being the most mild possible eugeroic. The major drug eugeroic called Modafinil is given to pilots for them to be able to stay awake for many hours as needed. Even drinking a moderate amount of caffeine, if they've also taken Modafinil, can land someone in the EMERGENCY ROOM. Caffeine and eugeroics is a very powerful combination.Having probably had accumulating Crohn's problems, and have drank energy drinks from 2008-2019, with both energy drinks and IBD-like symptoms having a major toll on a person's kidneys (and having had sciatic-like/lower back pain [not down my legs]), I am quite sure that this Koios-created specific pain has to do with a deterioration of my kidney. I've definitely noticed back pains for years, which I thought could've been related to my liver or spleen, but given Crohn's diagnosis and the back pain, I know for a fact that it's related to my kidneys, despite not showing up on any tests. They are taxed like crazy.I eventually drank the whole box of these cans. I started a couple more cans in my next box that I bought online, before I couldn't take the flank pain anymore. I need my kidneys to be working properly for all the inflammation that my Crohn's disease requires fighting—yet I have destroyed a percentage of capability of my kidney(s) by drinking all these Koios cans.
