A fair value but a few gotchas. *by S***Z on Reviewed in the United States on October 25, 2017* It is just OK.First, note that the wire guage is given in the British SWG system. 18 SWG (0.048 inches diameter) is almost 16 AWG (0.051 inches). With a 1/4 inch inside diameter the AR (aspect ratio) is 5.2. I think a company that calls itself "American Chain Mail" may as well use the American AWG wire gauge sizes.Second, the rings do have a lot of burrs. Nothing horrible, but you will have to knock them off. Conversely I've had very, very few duds. The wires are cleanly cut.Finally, the black rings don't appear to be anodized at all. I think they are enameled and poorly colored. Some of the rings are shiny and some are mat finished. Both types will turn your fingers black, but I haven't seen any rub onto the skin from just wearing the jewelry.All in all I think this assortment was a fair value but I'm hesitant to buy any more from this vendor. There are a few significant vendors of jump rings and findings out there in internet land that seem more solid.
