Also, I have to say how glad I was for cloudy (not rainy) days when putting this stuff up because once the sun hits this, its like looking across the lake or bright white snow- its pretty blinding! And the heat radiating off this can be pretty intense on a hot summer day! Overall, this was comparable to other brands of reflective insulation. I just prefer this over the bubbles. It was making the AC run so much more than it should have so we ended up with an electric bill of almost $1000 for an 1800 sf house. We bought a roll of this stuff and double layered it and added a blackout curtain to cover it and our electric bill dropped by about $400!
