They were used and in a box of hand-me-Downs from her older cousin. She lived in these boots for about a year. Winter, Summer, rain, sunshine...it didn’t matter; She was not interested in wearing anything else. She LOVES cats and grew to love pink too.Then suddenly, cracks started appearing in the outside layer of the shoes. I was worried they were also getting too tight in her. There is thick fabric under the rubber outer layer that cracked. But when they got wet, the water soaked through. My daughter’s teacher told her that the boots need to be thrown out. I panicked. Would she even leave the house without them?!? I was worried that’s i would have to add extra time into our morning routine for dragging her out the door with other footwear.Then I thought I’d chance it and search for them on the internet. Alas, Amazon came through again. The sky parted and sun beamed down from the heavens. My prayers were answered. Now my daughter is in brand new boots, size 10 this time. She turns 4 soon.
