I wish they had a larger pasta-size bowl available. 2. I would like the mugs to be a little larger. Maybe a 15 ounce mug. So, I was heartbroken when I accidentally broke one of the bowls. I did not see an option to order a replacement on desertcart, so I emailed Tudor England directly to inquire about ordering a replacement. Within a day or so I received a reply that a replacement would not be a problem, they just needed my address for shipment. I was expecting to receive a quote once shipping fees were calculated but instead, I received package tracking information. My bowl was being replaced at no charge. Igor and Anton were very communicative on the progress of the shipment. The customer service and professionalism I received from this company is truly impressive!
