During what seemed like the longest time to recover, I spent a great deal of time researching ovulation strips, just trying to move forward and get trying again. Knowing that I wouldn't have the diligence to test only on my most likely days (especially given that after a miscarriage the menstrual cycle is usually abnormal for 4 - 7 weeks or more), and that I knew I'd be testing twice daily (which I REALLY recommend - my positive lasted only about 9 hours and I would have likely missed it doing once daily testing!) - I did not want something expensive. Don't worry about what others are writing - that they are somehow complex or misleading or lack instructions. First, there are instructions provided and they are more than adequate. They don't cover the literature of menstrual cycles, but so what. Dunk them in a cup of urine for the # of seconds indicated, lay the strip on the cup and although I found the result after about 30 seconds doesn't change much over 5 minutes - or really ever - read in 5 min. When you're getting your LH surge, the strip will turn as dark at the control, and quickly. You can save all your strips if you're obsessive like me, taping them to a paper, if it makes you feel better. Some people getting increasingly dark results until a true positive occurs, some will not. Regardless, for the following reasons I recommend them: 1. It worked. I'm pregnant after testing for 2 weeks. ! 2. Cheap. 3. Easy to use. 4. I found them to be reliable. Good luck, and wishing you lots of success! Review: No more "Where's Waldo"! - These little strips are the most amazing thing! Browsing online you can find many types of ovulation strips and machines all ranging in prices from 30 bucks to 250 bucks. Some people opt to go with the little hand held machine to detect ovulation but really when you think about it closer the machine STILL needs ovulation strips so you're paying an astronomical price for some digital read out (plus you still have to buy strips), I'd rather save myself 230 to 300 bucks and just pee on a stick and look for 2 lines, it doesn't get any easier than that. These are very basic and very simple little thin strips. You fill a dry, clean and empty cup with pee, dip your stick in for 3 to 5 seconds and wait. They are very cheap, very affordable and in the long run save you a ton of money. They are small and don't come with excess packaging to bulk up your cabinets in the bathroom. You can be a pee-a-holic and not go broke with these. I love the added incentive of getting not only 50 ovulation sticks but 20 pregnancy tests as well for rounding up 22 bucks or so. In any given drug store I've paid for just a pregnancy test 23 bucks, how silly is that? On a more personal note to anyone wondering the use of these ...some women have periods that are all over, that don't come like clock work on the same day every month which makes guessing your fertile time near to impossible and these really help nail down your ovulation time. Every woman's body is different and while the general idea is that you ovulate 14 to 16 days after your last period that isn't the rule of thumb and it's not an exact science. Every woman (minus those with reproductive issues) ovulate every month just telling when is the hard part. If you are serious about TTC then I HIGHLY suggest these. Some additional information: Once you pee on these and wait your 5 minute time frame you may see 1 of several things. 1 line is negative for ovulation, 1 solid and one faded line is also a negative, you are NOT fertile until you see both lines dark and clear as heck. A weak second line is a *negative*. For those who are in it for the long haul these internet cheapies will save you a lot of money and work flawlessly the only complaint I have is my last batch I ordered has some broken and falling apart but they are so cheap and you get so many I didn't really care too too much I lost some but it's worth noting for other potential buyers.

I just miscarried. During what seemed like the longest time to recover, I spent a great deal of time researching ovulation strips, just trying to move forward and get trying again. I purchased this in hopes of getting pregnant back in 2022/2023. I went in blind and uneducated on getting pregnant. It’s not as easy when you are trying to get pregnant. I used two apps to help track my cycles(Clue & Flo) and bought this particular brand in helping me track my ovulation. It was indeed a process and using it helped me so much in learning myself. I also tracked my bbt which is another commitment but it was made. After three months of tracking I finally caught my peak on both apps predicting peak on the same day. I tested twice, my first pre and around 2pm and caught my window on time. I ended up pregnant on the first try and now have a one year old daughter. I plan on purchasing this exact kit again to help me with baby #2. It is indeed a process and it does help, it doesn’t give you the time of window but that’s the point of you getting to know your body. You can’t just rely on this product to give you the exact time, it give you the clear understanding of when it’s time to make a baby. Our bodies will do the rest and it’s up to our bodies to accept the sperm. This is a great product if you don’t want to spend tons of dollars. Incorporate other things to also help with learning yourself and give yourself grace. It is perfect timing for everything.
