They were easy to cut with a sharp craft knife, and you can bend them back at the cut line nicely to separate the unwanted tile from wanted - I managed to do a great job around radiator piping. They can be pulled up to realign but I wouldnt recommend exposing the glue to air for too long. They feel very comfortable under bare feet with a slightly embossed surface and the pattern is very well printed. They gave my tiny kitchen an uplift that was clean & dress looking. I would say that the only criticism is they can unstick if your flooring is a but uneven, as I had issues in that part of my kitchen. But heavy weights sorted that out. Review: Easy to assemble, doesn't line up. - Loved this design, easy to peel and stick. Doesn't that make them huge.. ?** A: 12 inch by 12 inch (30cm by 30cm) are the tile sizes. The 152cm x 60cm is the surface area all 10 will cover, or 90cm by 90cm for a square **Q: How many pks to cover 2.4 Square mtr please ??** A: Sorry not good with Maths I used 6pk for my bathroom because lot of corners and edges hope this helps **Q: will these go over preexisting tile?** A: Yes, I glued them onto the tiles in my downstairs cloakroom and they look great. Some of the tiles do not have much glue on the back so it is best to give extra glue. **Q: I do not have tiles on the floor but I can use these anyway?** A: You need to lay a plasticised self levelling Screed before laying your tiles for top quality reasults, mine are beautiful and I layed on Screed and they look amazing.
